Winfried Lechner, Associate Professor at the National and Kapodistrias University of Athens, has been awarded an Alexander von Humboldt Foundation Alumni Prize at ZAS from mid-March until the end of June 2017. He deals with many topics of the syntax-semantic interface. Especially well known is his book 'Ellipsis in Comparatives', but he also works on reconstruction, scopus, binding, focus particles and other topics.
