Our journal „ZAS Papers in Linguistics (ZASPiL)“ has a new home: https://zaspil.leibniz-zas.de/. You have free access to all issues after 1999. You can also find information on the submission procedure. The project was realized in close collaboration with the Fachinformationsdienst (FID) Linguistik at the University Library Johann Christian Senckenberg Frankfurt am Main, which also provides the hosting. The site runs on the open source software Open Journal Systems (OJS).
