Natalia Gagarina attends UNESCO conference

Dr. Natalia Gagarina spoke last week at the international UNESCO/IFP conference in Jakutsk, Russia on the preservation of multilingualism, national language policies and digitisation. She presented the Multilingual Assessment Instrument for Narratives (MAIN). MAIN was designed in order to assess narrative skills in children who acquire one or more languages from birth or from early age. The tool is currently available in 27 languages and is used in more than 60 countries.
